ha, I did the same. been playing it for the last few days, it's awesome.
IMO, War of the Chosen ,is almost a different game from Enemy Unknown. EU is fairly straightforward, with basic soldiers, while WOTC is chaotic, unpredictable, and your squad consists of the Avengers.
EW and XCOM2 are in-between steps, but, any future playthrough will probably either be vanilla EU or over-the-top WOTC

Absolutely nothing. Well, a Steam controller. But no games. Have more than enough to play, and I didn't see any really good deals. Ace Combat 7 would have interested me, but it was again just 50%, and I wouldn't have the time to play it for at least a month or two anyway.

Steam (though a few I purchased on the Humble Store):
Judgment: Apocalypse Survival Simulation
Nantucket: Masters of the Seven Seas (DLC)
Druidstone: The Secret of the Menhir Forest
Blazblue Centralfiction
Wolfenstein: Youngblood
Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot
Ori and the Blind Forest
Dicey Dungeons
BDSM: Big Drunk Satanic Massacre
Out of the Box
EGS:
World War Z (my first EGS purchase, but purchased on Humble Store)
Gah, my eyes are often far too big for my restrictive schedule. -_-

Ori and the Blind Forest
That's a fantastic choice, and well worth making time for. One of the few games I replayed (played the original, and then the Definitive Edition), and both times were an absolute blast. I am completely in love with its mechanical design - which seems like a really weird thing to say, but it's a metroidvania game which really changed the way I looked at the levels and environments. It didn't just open up previously inaccessible areas, it completely changed the way I approached old locations.

Fell Seal: Arbiter's Mark
She and The Light Bearer

As a backlog assassin, I bought only some DLC for existing games of mine:
A Hat in Time - Both DLC
LEGO Jurassic World - One DLC
Pandora - The one DLC

I got the Telltale's Batman: The Enemy Within - at only $3.75, and Steam exclusive, I figured it was low enough to buy.
I also got Gris on GOG as a gift for family - that was a bit of a splurge, but then that's the nature of gifts for others, isn't it?

I was wondering what would happen with the Steam Autumn Sale with so many people angry about the library changes. I was kinda discouraged to buy as much stuff. I got mostly cheap deals and bought a few more games on GOG than usually. What about ya?
I got on Steam:
Victor Vran: Motorhead Through The Ages
Sherlock Holmes: The Secret of the Silver Earring
Invaders! From Outer Space
Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments
Sherlock Holmes and the Hound of the Baskervilles
Lara Croft GOL DLC: Things the Go Boom
Zombie Shooter
HuniePop
BADLAND: Game of the Year Edition
Fighting Fantasy Legends
Finders
And I got on GOG:
Celtic Kings: Rage of War
Anno 1404: Gold Edition
Anno 1503 A.D.
The Curse of Monkey Island
The Suffering
The Suffering: Ties That Bind
Heretic Kingdoms: The Inquisition
