Either he is playing like 800 x 600 or it really looks like shi* or the streaming qualitiy sucks (in which case you shouldn´t stream...)

EDIT: okay, lol. He actually IS playing it on very low. No use watching someone stream in very low. Don´t even start your PC when playing very low. Geez.... people these days. Damn attention wh***.
