I only own this

Thought I like more physical than digital, mostly because my internet connection is slow but I kind of like having the box with manuals and everything

I haven't bought a physical copy since I'm on steam, here they are kind of expensive, $40 the cheapest and $80 - $90 for new releases , that's why I don't buy games on my country.

Bought a good amount of physical copies of games, before i really got into steam and when i thought $20 for a game was a steal.

Have Rollecoaster Tycoon 2, 3 (Had RCT1 but lost it), The Sims with almost all expansions, Sims 2 with a handful of expansions, Hitman 2, Half Life 2, Half Life 2: Episode 1 & 2, Far Cry, Quake 4, Tomb Raider Legend, GTA IV, BF 1942, BF 2142, BF:BC2, BF3. Others here and there that i might forget right now.

Your copy of "Once upon a Knight" is upside down /OCD >_>

And yea, I own a fair share of physical pc games. I chucked the boxes to most of them long ago(taking up far too much space), but I am still somewhere around the 50 games mark.
Console games are an entirely different beast though. Just counting PS2/3, Wii and Xbox, I have easily over 150. I couldn't even hazard to guess how many nes/snes/sega games I have boxed up in storage.

I have a pretty big collection with about 1200 physical games for PC and consoles.
I still enjoy the boxes, artwork and stuff but I have to admit that sometimes digital is more convenient. So, my Steam collection is growing at a decent pace as well...

No PC games from recent years. I got rid of a lot of old boxes to save space, and new ones will either suffer the same fate or come at the expense of remaining boxes.

That doesn't mean I don't like boxes, it's just not practical for me. If I had spare space for them I'd probably get a subscription to IndieBox.

Of PC games? Only when I want the collector's edition. So I own GW2, FFXIV ARR, Child of Light, Skyrim, TESO and the GW games. Oh and Europa Universalis II because I won it at some faire years ago. ~ But I prefer digital games since I'm not from an English country and they're usually selling the translated version here. I was happy enough with Skyrim since I could download the English client on Steam but I still sort of regret it, since the map was translated.

I do own physical copies of games. I don't buy new games, or just games in that form but I do buy boxes with discs on ebay-like sites. Sometimes I burn Steam Backups on DVDs and print out game covers made for Steam versions e.g. GTA 3/4/SA/VC or Mirror's Edge.

Age of mythology, Dawn of war dark crusade, Star Wars - Best of PC (Empire at war, knights of the old republic, battlefront, jedi knights 2 and republic commando) and Ghost recon.

Everything except ghost recon is available on steam, need to buy them all soon.

I enjoy owning physical copies, the idea of having a bookshelf stacked with my favoirite titles pleases me. With that beign said, it doesn't happen because its hard to justify a physical copy purchase when often pre-order sales for digital copies have a heavily reduced price(im not made of money - if i was, all my copies would be physical copies).

I kinda-sorta buy them for a very small collection, sometimes new release, sometimes used ones. Just now, I managed to find big boxed european copies of the first two Thief games for about 15 dollars in total, so I'm kind of in heaven now. Let's just hope it doesn't get bought before my payday...
