[Doubt] THQ Bundle (only a question about the giveaway)

Hi everyone,

I just saw someone posted a THQ Bundle Giveaway (the Steam Winter Sales one, not the Humble).

My question is: Is it okay to enter in it if I already have, let's say, 4 or 5 games that come with the bundle?

I would not like to break any rules, and I don't know if the bundle comes all in one key (so the duplicate games would be lost) or if the games come individually so I could give the ones I already own to someone else...

Generally the games get lost, a friend on steam attempted the same with me and it did not work :(
