Heh, one more question... How can I know whether a game is Steam or not before purchasing it?
[EDIT] Ah, figured it out... Just add it to cart and it'll tell you if it is.

GameAgent will sell it at $7.50, and it doesn't say Steam code next to it so it's not a Steam game. Also if you go into the page of each game and expand the System Requirements area.
It will have the following text, and it will be a Steam title:
Other Requirements: Initial installation requires one-time Internet connection for Steam authentication; software installations required (included with the game) include Steam Client.
