Why? For me it was much better than Braid, probably because of the art-style, but also the concept of bending time to get pies was hilarious.

There are some games I've played that were so bad it was like torture. Bad cut-scenes, bad voice acting, bad dialog, terrible music, boring gameplay, wonky controls, and horrible storylines that made no sense whatsoever. Thankfully, I have blocked the loathesome memories of these games out of my mind. Unfortunately, that also means I can't remember their titles. A few still haunt my memory, however....
--Night Trap
--Pac Man (the ATARI 2600 version)
--E.T. (also ATARI 2600)

Wallace And Gromit Grand Adventures, I bought the telltale pack before the weekly, and god damn I felt like I wasted a ton of money on those really crappy games. I haven't yet played all of the games, but damn those wallace and gromit games were completely bull-shit. So illogical solutions to everything and generally just crap. I liked that it was so simlar to the show though, gave me a bit of nostaliga feel, still that charm went away with the really bad game overall.

Thirty Flights of Loving.
I expected a good art game; instead i got masturbation of the creators all over the 15 minutes of playtime.

Games you REGRET buying. If you disliked the first few cods, why buy the others? Same with borderlands and pokernight :|
Its one thing to dislike a game from a series, its another to dislike one of the games, then to go on and buy the next one :
Also, you didnt buy sleeping dogs, you won it, unless you regifted your win. :\

"Games you regret PLAYING?"
buying is in an other thread http://www.steamgifts.com/forum/1csgW/games-you-regret-buying
But your first statement is still (somewhat) valid

Playing vs buying. Either way, why bother with the other games if you disliked the other? Between the cods, pokernight, or Borderlands, not much if anything was changed game mechanics wise. So replacing buying with playing and the entire sentiment is the same is it not? Though I guess it would come down to each person's definition of regret I suppose. Maybe they didnt dislike the games, but regretted the amount of time they sunk into the games themselves? Hmm

What are some games you regret playing? I regret playing Serious Sam 3: BFE and PAYDAY: The Heist.
