You probably got it from Humble bundle when they were giving it out for free.

They don't discount games as deeply and there is no third-party bundling, so they make more revenue per game than other platforms with little competition to undercut them, since many people explicitly demand DRM-free.
It's not a quasi-monopoly like Steam, but it is a niche-monopoly in the DRM-free space, so they do OK.
