SOLUTION:

The image below has the two ASL (American Sign Language) handshapes of zero and one. (0,1) At first look at the image you would think--- oh this is BINARY code and you might start trying to decode with binary. However, that will get you nowhere. The problem you will notice that although the first two lines have 8 handshapes the last line has only 7. To decode binary you need to have a full set of groupings of eight in each component grouping.

Thus, the HINT was--- DONT get distracted by the obvious! (The obvious being binary.)

Then I gave a second BIG hint which was given in Morse Code
-... .. -. .- .-. -.-- / ... ..- -.-. -.- ... / -... ..- - / .. ... -. .----. - / -- --- .-. ... . / -.-. --- -.. . / ... --- / -... . .- ..- - .. ..-. ..- .-..

when translated with an online translator like the one found at http://morsecode.scphillips.com/translator.html you get the following--
BINARY SUCKS BUT ISN'T MORSE CODE SO BEAUTIFUL

Thus, look back at the image and think MORSE code--- letting each 0 be a dot and each 1 be a dash you get the following...
.-.----.-.-...----...-.

If you try to decode that you can't... the problem is that you don't know when a component grouping should be between the dots and dashes to get individual characters. THAT information is hidden within the HTML source code. You find the following fake http addresses: www.3.com, www.3.com, www.3.com, www.4.com, www.3.com, www.1.com, www.3.com, www.3.com. Extrapolating out just the numbers you get 33343133. These numbers give you the grouping information you need for the dots and dashes.

Thus group the first 3 handshapes together, the next 3 together, the next 3, the next 4, the next 3, the next 1 alone, the next 3, and last 3 together.
As a result the morse code with separators becomes:
.-./---/-.-/.-../.--/-/-../.-.
translated becomes the letters: R O K L W T D R

Originally I thought case was important thus in the title was pUzZlezZ giving the hint for LULULLLU cases...

The RESULT is the address to the ITH puzzle and second link is puzzle with answers:

Mose, Morse, was a typo :P
Was trying with Morse after one of the hints. Managed to decode that just fine.
