Kinda hard to believe you dropped from level 4 to 1 with even less giveaways than you have now. :)
But anyway, the real value of your giveaways have is based on the current price of those games on Steam, and whether or not those games were or are bundled.
This system affects everyone and there's not much you can do about it.

I'm sorry, claryfing: Steamgifts takes into account whether the game you're giving away was bundled when you created the giveaway.
Some games were or are added a few days later but the "bundled" tag applies since the day the game was bundled.
Not only bundled, but it also applies to games very heavily discounted, because that would be a way to abuse the CV system.

edited again - :) - not farming cv just moaning about lost cv for a game they gave away that they got for free - and about the CV system behaving exactly how it is meant to work - pro thing to remember - if you start worrying about CV when making giveaways here, then you are gonna have a very poor time on this site overall (in my opinion)

yeah - to me it just looks like the dev had a really crappy bank - who charged him for every transfer - and they sadly did not get steam to do a single dated transfer of a set amount - they even admit as much in the thread comments :P - probably didn't realise that their bank even charged for that until it happened :P

BUT - I will add one thing - you gave away two copies of the game - not the one copy that you claim - are you unaware that we can all see your giveaways? - mine for instance are mostly bundled stuff that I don't mind giving away :)

hey that is fine - there are lots of people who do it - but it is not the best idea to make a thread about the CV lowering as people will be the first to start digging into things and pointing things out - especially as sgtools has so much information to hand

Ok I still don't get why a giveaway I made that says it hadn't been bundled is now listed as bundled after I gave it away and why it's still not listed as bundled on enhanced steam or the steam store

But the games get added manually. If the game is 95% or more of in ANY currency (by sale or by bundle) it will be added to the list starting at that exact day. Even if it gets added a month later.

A Room Beyond was added to the bundled list on the 27th, retroactively applying from the 24th onward. OP created the GA on the 25th. It's true that ITAD doesn't have it listed in any bundle.
Edit: It was in the GMG Black Friday Bundle. OP must know this, he gave away several other games from that bundle on the same day.

No need to get defensive now - people will do that for many reasons, a couple of which are complaining about reducing CV and having it be about games you actually got for free (which they will dig into as I stated) - also almost all informaiton on CV is available by doing a simple search on the forums - this is a thing that has been asked before (and that you appear not to have done this search is another thing some will blacklist for)
trust me, I am actually trying to help here - even if you aren't willing to take it as such :)

I didn't say the FAQ, and I managed to find several CV related threads just using the search box just fine - but if you consider that we are the ones whining, then crack on and have at my friend :P

Well rule of thumb... If you buy a game in a bundle, it will most likely get added to the bundle list... ;->
Thats execludes expensive bundles like the humble monthly, since they do not give a 95% discount.

it was done by one person at the time, so it probably took some time to get added to the bundle list - also oddities like that, which include pricing errors, happen often and get sorted later on - such as the oft happening deponia bundle causing issues, or when russian prices drop a game into bundle ranges etc...

i dropped from like level 4 to level 1 when a game i gaveaway changed prices and now i dropped from level 2 to level 1 because i game i gave away is now not full price have you guys ever had to deal with this if so what did you do?
