Steam inventory bugged?

Anyone having trouble with the inventory? I bought a Hotline Miami 1 + 2 Combo pack and I already had the first game, according to the transaction page, I'm ought to receive an extra giftable copy of Hotline Miami. I can't find it in my inventory.

I got a trading card and it didn't show up in my trading card for 5-10 minutes. It should show up. If it doesn't, try contacting support.

Yeah, happened last sale for me too. "Holes" in my inventory, new items not appearing where they should be, phantom trade offers etc.

Just got to wait for it to work itself out.
