I've been using another giveaway site for years. This particular site stores in-game items so when people raffle them away winners can withraw them from a site's bot instead of having to depend on the raffler.
After the raffle is over, the winner has two weeks to get his items out of the bot, after which the items go back to the raffler.
The raffler has now two weeks to retrieve his items or else the website keeps them.
Can't really be applied to SG, which is why I didn't share it on the thread.

And will the items be lost after 2 weeks if raffler didn't get them back? Or will it be raffled again but from the website?

scrap.tf (which is currently down it seems). Admins will occasionally make big raffles with these unclaimed items, yes.
