why do you have to be so greedy, there's a lot of people that don't have the game at all... even IF the givee agreed, you'd still be a dick, so why not give others a chance, eh?

Hold your horses. He's not greedy. Right now Season Pass is even more expensive than the GOTY version of this game. Besides, it's up to the creator to let him enter or not.

...which are not necessary to play the game, as opposed to like, for example, the game. I thought the point of this site was to give games to each other, not try to get DLC for free and take away somebody's chance to get the actual game. You already have the game, do you really need those DLC to play? If yes, then why'd you buy the game, if you can't afford/don't want to "waste" money on the DLC? Boo me off the stage, take me to court, ban me, I still think it's a shitty attitude.

What's up with the questions? Maybe he won the base game? Maybe someone gifted him the base game? Maybe he's a person (like myself) who won't play a game until he has a complete package of the game + story related DLC's? Stop acting all high and mighty and telling people which giveaways to enter and which not to enter because it's not up to you (unless you create your own giveaways and set some rules then).
