Must have been back on PSX while playing Final Fantasy VIII.
Had two saves, one was after beating Adel (which was quite a tough fight) and one was before getting to disc 4.
Played on save #2 and managed to overwrite save #1. Turned off the console while saving, but didn't do anything, so I had to beat Adel again.
Electrical blackout in the middle of saving in a 80+ hours RPG. It got corrupted, and the only other save is 5 hours earlier >_<
