Loki was messing with you. The only way to join SteamGifts is by having an Steam account (you log in to the site through it) and also having spent on this Steam account at least USD $100, thus, for obvious reasons, everyone here already has an Steam account... ^_^
But probably you were also joking and I missed the joke... :D
Can I still enter if I'm not sure whether I have a Steam account? I can probably check by Friday when I next have a meeting with my computer broker
