Hmm.. did you ever open a ticket to reroll? I've had a case where I was rerolled as a winner for a game that ended a month ago.

I know people seem to not know what they already own, and there was a 2 month difference (April 4th to June 2nd).. but at least they asked to re-roll. I've noticed a lot of people who win multiple games never bother and keep them as marked. While I dislike the multiple wins, I am glad the user tried to fix the situation. Just wondering because it still shows them with multiple wins.

Kind of hoping it can get re-rolled so they don't have the ugly mark, I guess. Though, given it's been 3 months I can guess it probably won't be.
