At some point we were mutually whitelisted and befriended on Steam. Gave me quite a few games, just a wee casual chat, not much really. Later on I left a negative review about one game from his favourite dev and I think he took it a bit harshly because afterwards I was on his blacklist, even though we were befriended still, although later that changed too. At some other point he removed the black and I even won a game from him. But it didn't come back to what it was. That's more or less how we interacted.. I still remember his whitelist "spam" giveaways back in 2018. Here's what it looked like with his older, non-Xmas avatar:
