Where you got this game? I just wonder because this game was never gave away 4free or was in a bundle. The only way you could have it bought it on steam and now giving away the gift.

Sure sure? Because GoGoBundle has this game, as stated even on their store page right now: http://store.steampowered.com/app/382120
Your giveaway links to that: http://store.steampowered.com/app/474240/
The game you are giving away was never in any bundle and it does not have any Steam keys, it can be bough only on Steam or in non-Steam versions.

I won this giveaway. However I cannot activate the key because you have marked the wrong game.
The key is for this game which I already have,

sigh
I know how pretentious this reads, but sometimes I really wish I was wrong just once when I assume a giveaway is incorrect…
At any rate, I read your comment below and I am partly glad you stick by it. Considering the more rigid rules of the site, sometimes people just have to put their feet down and make sure givers too pay enough attention when posting giveaways.

Thats good. He was sure it is the correct game so this must be his punishment.

I agree that people should be more careful about these things and read the community guidelines before using this website. But, he seems new here and he was only trying to give away a game. That's good intentions the way I see it, and I certainly don't stand by punishing someone for this the first time they do something wrong. Imho, all newbies deserve a second chance. I know, because I've did things wrong when I was new here.
All that being said, it's still the moderators' decision.

He used his second chance after he wrote he is sure what he is giving away after I asked him if its the correct game.

You do make a good point

The Mods abide by the decision of the winner. It is up to the creator of the giveaway to mollify the winner. If that cannot be done, then the only recourse is to wait until the winner's heart softens.

I'm not sure what you meant by punishment exactly. If it is suspension, I stick to my previous comment. If it's simply a marking that one of their giveaways was marked "Not received", then I agree that you with marsHm311oW and does not give my permission to delete the giveaway. I ll simply mark it as not received after the 7 day period.

Yes, that I mean with "punishment".
