I'm not sure, the old key I see or a new one (the key I see starts with T*), I can't activate it due to region restrictions.
Only 2 packages contains 'The Final Cut' edition: WW and RoW (https://steamdb.info/app/632470/subs/). So it looks like the key I see - RoW - so I can't activate it in CIS region.
It always can be a problem with keys restrictions, I don't want to force you to deal with that.
So you can request a re-roll :) Don't worry :)
