You have Arkham City GOTY version. Afaik, Arkham City GOTY =/= Arkham City nonGOTY version (at least on steam). Thats probably why you can enter this giveaway.
not all developers makes the current game as the goty version...when they released the goty version of the arkham city was pulled from store and was replaced with the goty version which is now in store
Can I enter ? I have GOTY but need normal edition for my game collection, If it's forbidden then I will leave this GA - no problem.
