I've bookmarked your "Let's Play" for Long Live the Queen-- I probably won't buy the game but I'm a little curious about it, so the Let's Play is perfect-- thanks. As far as why I keep entering GAs for this game (64 and counting), it is 1) not too long, 2) doesn't have achievements like FEAR 3, and 3) newer and maybe not as hard as FEAR 1. Pretty lame reasons, right? :-D But I'm not much of an FPS person (I suck), so this is more up my alley. Thanks again!

To be honest, I'm not against Achievements per se...but I'm a bit of a completionist (currently avg. 66% achievements) and hate when there's, say, 1 achievement to launch the game, then 100 more that require 1000 hours to achieve! So for a game like FEAR that I'll never be able to 100% (or even close), I'd just assume it not have achievements.
Anyway, more detail than you care for, I'm sure. ;-)

Nonsense, I know exactly how you feel - as a completionist myself - except I have a different paradox whereby if a game doesn't have achievements, I struggle to complete them 100% (unless I really enjoy the game). Strange people are we, huh? :P
