When I went to access the link for the gift in my account over on the HB website, it told me it had been redeemed, even though I didn't do anything to redeem it. I apologise profusely for the issue. I've been sick the last few days so I have haven't had a chance to check this.
btw if you are convinced that you did not redeem the key then you can require a new one from HB, i think there is a high chance that they will provide you one.

no problem. you can send ep2 if you like - i anyway clicked that i received the game (and perhaps when i get hold of ep1 then i can continue with ep2 at some point), but it's not important as my backlog of games is quite big already.

i was notified by the sg support that i need to mark this giveaway as unreceived even if you gave me substitute games. however, you can delete the giveaway altogether (you get my permission if that's needed). sorry for the hassle, the reason is that now i have a won game that is not activated on my account, which can lead to my suspension and also it stops me from entering some giveaways.
I love point and click games. So many great memories of the classics from the 80s and 90s. ^-^
