This one doesn't have all the DLC. It's what's listed above. An easy way to check on things concerning SG and DLC is log into steam via your browser and then click on the Steam link on the GA and it will show you.
This one only contains art books and wallpapers. Like shadowshiv mentioned, it's the Complete Deluxe Set that has everything else (like extra fairies and costumes).

Haven't tried it myself, but per Steam it has:
• Character Collection Art Book
• Concept Art Collection Art Book
• 6 Mobile Wallpapers
• 5 PC Wallpapers
I'll make giveaways for the other DLC later. Just didn't have a chance last night. :)
