Thanks for doing this giveaway! What do you have against private profiles? Some people (myself included) value their privacy and others should respect that. Not every private profile is a scammer. You can always send a friend request to the winner if you want to see their profile before sending the gift. Also, support isn't going to uphold custom rules like this.

I am sorry and I admit it's your right to have a private and its my right to decide to whom I have to deal with, personally I do not deal with Private profile holders + Trade ban / Vac ban cheaters. I am doing this good will. Oh yeah not all private profile holders are scammers but according to my expearinace and my friends 90% of scammers I see has private profile, this is social place, we came to play games, meet new friends, nice people, I dont look down on you but private profiles they have something to hide always, for privacy and security I am totally understand set your Inventory to private or friends only, no issue.
What is your purpose here ? I respect people who communicate with other', help other, good gamer, what is the point to have a profile at all if it's set to private ? Why you really have to be here ?
I am doing lot of volunteer things, being many places and 99% dumb idiots I see set their profile to private, I do not want to do anything with private profile holder, its my right. You want your profile to be private, we have nothing in common, nothing to talk, I walk away from you.
There are No rules, I have a right to request new winner if I dont like the one who won, no rules, Its my right, I truly dont like private profiles holder, so why I have to give something for someone I dont like? Its my right same as yours

Pretty sure your restriction falls into this point in guidelines:
You cannot ask users to perform any special action in order for their entry to be considered valid, such as liking a Facebook page, or following a Twitter account.
I did not demand anything, anyone can enter, I did not ask to fallow Facebook or any link, Did not ask fake +Rep , did not ask anything !
Anyone one can enter, scammers, Vac ban cheaters, Private profiles, yes, anyone can enter, NO RESTRICTION !
It my right so I say, if your profile is private I will request new winner , anyone can enter ! Open to all !!
