when creating a giveaway
step 1 is to select the game
step 2 is to select either Key or Gift
if you already have the key, you should select Key and input it in the box that appears immediately below, and winners will instantly receive the key;
if you don't have a key, select Gift, and after someone wins, you should then send them the gift through a steam trade,
add them as a friend on steam, wait for them to accept, then create a trade with them, then you both confirm that trade
