In rare cases you may have to wait longer than expected before getting a key, this is due to each winner being checked manually, often with help from support and each check producing a wait time, if re-rolled this process starts anew.

Update: Due to technical issues (server-side) 13 of the winners will have to wait an extended period of time for their prize. Everyone else got their prize or is waiting for support review.
