This is true for pretty much all DLC. If the person didn't win it on here ("won already") they can still enter because there's no way for the system or the person giving away to check.

I also have it and I'm not entering, just giving information.

I wonder if creating PSA bot for every DLC/Pack GA would be worth the effort to make people aware of it.

I'm not sure, and I'm not sure if SG rules would even allow such a bot. I honestly don't know.

ETA: Plus, every time new DLC came out for ANY game you'd have to add it in. It would be a nightmare to keep current, never mind just programming in existing DLC.
