Hi, FifaCastGaming. First, sorry for my poor english. Second, You create a giveways and after your giveways end, you send gifts in your inventory or key that game to winner.

Click http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/created , Click Sent
If you have key, click Add Key (Optional)
If you have gift, add them on Steam and gift the game to them or email the gift to them ( go to your inventory select the gift and than choose send gift , after that choose the way too send! You may choose between email or Steam Account)
Remember click Sent Gift on the right Add key (Optional) when you done.
If you don't have gifts in your inventory or keys, you should delete your giveaways. if not you will get suspend.
If you view one of your giveaways, you'll see a Delete Giveaway button. If you click it, you'll be forwarded to a page where you can select a reason for the deletion from a dropdown menu (See below for the list). After selecting a reason, the giveaway will be instantly removed.
