Sorry to hijack but I thought I'd give you a quick heads up that for whatever reason SteamGifts allows me to enter your giveaway despite already owning this game and all the DLC ("The Full Package"). I did not actually enter but I hope you are careful so that the person who gets it does not already own it. Thanks for setting this up.
Generally Steam lets you activate any package that has at least 1 item you don't own. So it's up to the giveaway creator to decide how much of the value of the package the winner is allowed to already have.
For games like this with significant DLC, the base game is often available for cheap or given away for free, while the DLCs are kept fairly expensive. So thanks for letting all us base game owners join! :)
