I still remember, the key was from Gamivo, it can happen sometimes even the keys bought are duplicated. Not a big deal, at the time the key to this game cost a very few cents I would have replaced it. I can understand if the key was not working to have marked it as "not received" but at least a message to let me know... at the time I was an SG newbie and the first thing that came to my mind to receive an answer was open a ticket.
