Games are added to 0 CV list with certain date. And If GA is made before that date - cv is not affected.
And I'm sure that this key is much older than that :) But probably not older than it's addition to "reduced CV" list, so I lost about idk.. 0,01 Cv? Well - whatever. Anyway, I have to get my ideal 6,66 lvl somehow :)
