The Squadron Edition is a premium upgrade. The one that was in a humble bundle recently was this(although it wasn't called that, the just recently added what to call it)
There's 2 different types of keys though.. you have the one from humble and then you have the free beta keys that were passed out that you could get Alienware Arena and different sites.. those are just f2p and not premium. The only key the is premium is the one from Humble.
It count's in my library. I got my version of Warhammer eternal crusade from Humble Bumble and received today that key for free in my steam inventory as i logged today. So I add it to my account and it counts as premium upgrade. I checked my dlcs for the game and it was added today. I don't know why I got that for free. But it's nice to have it :)
I don't remember when I bought the bundle, but steam tells me I activate the keys on 31.01.2017. And today I received the premium upgrade from steam without any message or informations...
If this is the premium upgrade it will show on the store page under "Downloadable Content For This Game" and say that the Squadron Edition is in your library, if it doesn't then it was only a key for the beta.. which were keys that were being passed out before the game went free 2 play. In that case you would mark "Not Received" on this giveaway.
I do hope that it is for the premium though. Sometimes people try make a GA with free game keys though so they use the options available even though they've been removed from the create giveaway list.
