I'm active on the trade forums and I tend to make a few giveaways at once, so I can log on to 50+ 'thanks' an no hits on my thread which just makes me sad D:.
Also, its the only real way to filter out those who use scripts :/.
I don't think you can make a rule against that here, if someone says thanks and you do not give them the game if they win i think you are the one in trouble.
I said blacklisted not reroll. Being blacklisted means they can no longer enter giveaways that I create in the future; it does not disqualify them from a giveaway that they have already entered.
