You should be okay. I've had a couple of keys that have said Beta when activated, but show as the full game in the Library. I think it has something to do with how the developers use the keys after the fact. It may have been a Beta key that never got activated, so the developer turned it into a full-version key instead.
Just check what it reads as in your Library.:) If it doesn't say Beta in it, you will be okay.:)

Thank you for the game, but did I receive a beta key? It said so during activation.
