Hey, I couldn't redeem this. I live in the US, so I guess there's a mistake. Thank you anyway. I contacted support and this is what they said:

We cannot force users to reroll their giveaways. Please leave a comment in the giveaway stating that you were not provided a working copy. Once the 7 day limit has passed, feel free to mark it as "Not Received" until the creator corrects the situation.
