Perhaps you could deign to read MORE of the rules? Maybe the one about "Not calling out people on giveaways"
People who feel the need to not only A: Police the giveaways, for which there is a handy report button that saves you any trouble, but also B: Go outta their way to boldly point out how the giveaway is fake, exploited, or whatever else despite 1: There being a rule against it and 2: There being no way they could Honestly know, annoy me far more than any of the people that post the giveaways fraudulently. Because quite often these people are Wrong and in the past there have been Many cases where people claimed it on almost any giveaway in the hopes it would deter entries so they might win.
So here's an idea, next time you see a giveaway that might be fake or whatever, do us all a favour, and shut up, click the button, and move on.
I really don't see the problem here, Deyys is right and he is allowed to point this out. Most of the time giveaways like this are just made so the user can get his giveaway dollar amount up by buying a cheap bundle and giving away the games seperately, which is clearly stated in the rules as not prohibited. Then you can either call people out on that or just act like nothing is wrong, but I prefer the former.
And I know about the not calling people out rule, but afaik that is not really something anyone seems to care about.

People do care about it. It's unnecessary and has been abused before. He is Not allowed to point it out.
This is so pathetic. They should get rid of the stupid contribution value, and the problem would be gone. Either you want to give some games away, so you just do it, or you want to increase your e-peen, so you constantly look at your contribution value. "Report this giveaway because he would have a higher contribution value than me!!!".
