Marvel Heroes Omega 1561 hours on steam + for some time played with its launcher
Started shortly before the release of Burning Crusade, skipped Warlords of Dreanor and played again for a while during Legion. Don't know the years anymore, but something like 2006-2018 with some major holes in the middle.
Baldur's Gate 2 - especially if you include the Enhanced Edition. Got that when it first came out, and for the first decade I played through it about once a year. Since then it's only once every other year.
