for another quote I got hard time to decide because I reaaaally like most of the quote of Tiny Tina & Maya in borderlands 2 :p
Let's say Tina with : "He said...no? Well. There's only one thing to do -- look him in the eye, nod politely, and KILL THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF HIM!"

I can note tell you a quote from a game character, but I find the dialogues in Magicka hilarious.
