Most Humbles are region locked for Russians, with China, India, and other regions added sometimes as they pay alot less.
I'm guessing you're EU or US as I havent seen Humble keys purchased from there region locked...

Just asking as it sucks to win a region locked key. Dumps you out of all GAs of that game and you cant enter that game GAs until its re-rolled.
