Hello! I was the winner of your giveaway. It seems the key is not working since it says I already own the game once I try to redeem it. However, after double-checking my games, I do not own it. Is there a way to circumvent this?

Okay, woops. False alarm. I reloaded my page and Humble gave me a new key. Maybe they just glitched out.
