Send the key to the winner via Email or steam chat (if it's a key)
Send the gift from your inventory to the winner via the winner's email which will be shown on SteamGifts, or via their username after the two of you have become Steam friends.
You need to have the game on inventory or as a Steam key, and provide it to the winner, also you CANT giveaway games from library, because they are tied to your account.
