If you find fraud in GA via the SGtools link, just attach the link to the SGtools discussion.
However, investigating individual activated wins and multiple wins is different.

  1. Enter the other party's name in SGtools

  2. Paste the browser's SGtools URL into your export support ticket.

  3. Copy the unused game name etc. and paste it into the support ticket.

  4. Open the GA of the game labeled "Not Redeemed" and check for any comments or claims made by the user.
    Add the URL of the GA confirmed in
    (Sometimes there are accidents.)

  5. 4 Support ticket description.
    Also include the remarks of the GA winner.
    If there is no GA winner's remark, write that there is no winner's remark.
    (If you don't see the content of the group or invited GA, please state that fact.)

  6. Check the user's Steam game library from the profile.
    Lists games that didn't actually exist.
    (It will be displayed even if it is hidden. In rare cases, the game title may change, so please check the title.)

  7. Send!
    If the winner's game library is bloated, it can be very time consuming.⏰

If you create a link via SG Tools, the above work will be processed automatically, so you can easily report it.

Therefore, creating a GA using SGtools is effective in saving time.


As far as I know, half of Lv1 are people who have violated.
It may be desirable to be able to create GA at Lv3 or higher.

Please enter your name for two checks of SGTools.
If a violation is detected, there may be a defect.
If this is the case, we recommend that you report it to the SGTools Author and explain it in a support ticket to your supporters.

If it is a glitch, no problem.
Please report the bug to the SGtools author and support.
Help us to keep the SG community healthy.

It is the canonical key for the store.
Therefore, it is usually not possible for it not to work.
Please post a message in the support chat on the store page that your key "did not work" and you need a replacement, or contact us via a support ticket.
It will need to be done by the person who received the key.
