So what happen Fyantastic? I read the update and saw some posts in imgur, but I still do not understand the law changed or not? Or does this happen at a later date?

Right now the focus is on spreading awareness of the issue. As it stands, there are many many people that are woefully ignorant of what's going on around them, and this day of action (July 12th) was meant to spread awareness.
We still have until the 17th for the first deadline for comments and then another month after that before we can see what will happen. Fingers crossed! :)
