I got the "mgc" part quite fast, but then I was stuck there for almost an hour thinking which two characters the "!" would stand for... well, when I realized I needed three of them and not two it clicked right away.

oh good god i'm here. I kept thinking the ___ was meant for 5 separate characters until I counted them and it all made sense.

I solved a few K6 jigidis on the way, and even a beautiful flower that came up with googling !k6mgc jigidi.

I put together the ! pointing to the colors right away, but not replacing the exclamation point. The mgc part only clicked once changed to question marks. I just thought you wanted people to find that thread with a tiny bit of deduction, not that the letters were important.

I had a few ideas for part 2, but dropped the notion of using a specific word as I though it would require way too much luck to get such code. Turns out I underestimated both your luck and effort you were willing to put into the puzzle

Damn, it took me so long to understand what to do with that "!", I don't think I would have been able to solve this without the emojis you added afterward.

I'm still capable of solving puzzles, yay! No need of the hint also, but I used to love that guide back in the days when I was young and had time and energy for creating my puzzle places around SG... As a matter of fact, that one is the only discussion that I have bookmarked :D

Took me way too long to realize what the "!" was there for.
I kept thinking that its supposed to be for a SG link, even though the text itself said "Another tiny jigidi", classic over-thinking it :P

You telling that other user that you thought this was one of the "easier puzzles" got me to activate my OONGA BOONGA LIZARD BRAIN and then it wasn't long before I solved it!

tryed it on fresh head. after many attemps yesterday. and my brain said me "you have line of red smiles, starting with !. it must important. WAIT!!! TRY RED. oh, god, IT WORKS!!!"

Ok, new hints helped a lot, thank you. Switching _ to ? wasn't necessary but adding more emojis really gave out one last part I needed. Feel a bit dumb now.

I SPENT OVER 5 HOURS ON THIS... and now I feel relieved and very silly, it was so obvious yet I kept looking at it the wrong way. at first I thought the heart shape was "k", the circle was "6" and then I tried to figure out what the other emojis were. After a couple hours I figured it had to be !k6red, then I tried translating that with binary64 into 8 digits for some reason, then tried a bunch of other encryptions... spent another couple hours on that, then I figured maybe it was !k6mgc and did the same... and then I was like WAIT A MOMENT... and then I got it xD The answer was so simple but my head just kept overcomplicating it way to much. Incredible puzzle and amazing giveaways, thank you :) That puzzle was so clever how you intertwined the hints into two separate puzzles.

Finally got it. Had to turn on my lizard brain to see the 'red' :)

I was looking for a way to decode the emojis for the longest time because, based on sheer probabilities, the odds of getting red**mgc out of a true randomizer is 1 in 2,176,782,336! I refused to believe that could be the code. 'red' was my final Hail Mary attempt.
