I have the season pass and I own this package and still can enter the giveaway.

WARNING: When I go to the store page to see if I own this package, it does NOT show as "already in your Steam library". However, if I attempt to purchase it, I get the following message:

Your purchase could not be completed because it looks like you already own one of the games you are trying to buy. Please check your account and your cart to verify you are buying an item you do not already own.

This is a tricky little blighter. It is very possible that you may own this already and not know it.
