Appreciate the high level chance! I'm in Japan, but have a UK account and usually have no problem activating "restricted" games (Mad Max, Street Fighter, Typing of the Dead etc). Hope it'll work :-)

I'm not entirely sure, but I think it's down to the publishers or developers who think they can make more money by selling physical games rather than digital.
