I'm not sure what earlier giveaway you're mentioning. Is it the one where the winner is suspended? He's not in a position where he can change to recieved, yet. Either you wait, or prove to support that you actually send it to him and they should be able to change it.
But check the forums for earlier similar situations.

I think you should just keep asking them, or join the group chat (go to the S. Gifts Steam group and click join group chat) Usually a mod will be there. My questions to support usually have been answered quickly, I guess yours is just bad luck of the draw? Anyhow I hope you get the issue fixed!
