You can buy them from different sites, just write to google search - "key Ticket to Ride Classic edition + title of the DLC".
there's a better to find deals for wanted games imo: gg.deals
I was thinking that maybe you found them on an.. let's say obscure wesbsite that isn't on gg.deals' radar, such as DIG. That's why I reached out and asked.
