Sadly, I have no recipes, my favorite is one that is store bought. I love Classico Sun Dried Tomato Alfredo sauce. I bet you could make something similar with a good alfredo recipe and adding sun dried tomatoes to it. It's good with about any meat, though I love adding smoked salmon to it the most.
