Don't bother, Vahid blacklisted half the community, he is famous for doing that then participating in community train where people got blocked from advancing. During previous trains he was mostly using the giveaways at 10 decimal number so that even by using shortcut on main thread you couldn't do much and you had to find some way around. (that is also why you see often people commenting detour like below because of his giveaways)
So basically, can't find an explanation if there is none. At least this train he is nice enough to take random number and not specifically the 10 decimals one
I thought as much when I started noticing that he even deleted his comments even though the rules say not to.
Funny, it's not that hard to get the link from blacklisted GAs anyway... Reminds me of the campaign to get rid of the expression "troll" because people might be less inclined to be like "haha, trolling is fun" if they had to be like "haha, dickfacing is fun" :-P
