Yes, support always answer to a reroll ricket. Either your reroll is granted, then suddenly you see a new winner and the symbol on top shows the gift sign again. Or support answers your ticket and tells you that the reroll is denied and why. In the latter case, you see the message symbol on top.
Heya, well i now have the problem that the winner is not responding to the deletion request. Which imight be a bot. Because he's been online already a few t imes. ><
The other key i gave to a friend who wanted the game.
But the second GA is still sitting there and not sure what to do.
If the winner is not responding to you for seven days and your ticket is still open, edit your ticket. Otherwise open a new ticket with proof that you tried everything reasonable to contact the winner (screenshots). If you get a nice support member, she or he will delete the giveaway then.
Yeah I will try ti. I will just give them the GA link. With 3x requests for the deletion. I hope that will help :)
Do you have any friends with ΔV: Rings of Saturn on their wishlist?
Hahaha, I also have a spare key for the same game because the key could not be activated by a winner from Russia XD
I will just give away the key in the forums on christmas ^^

There is also the "Delete if giveaway does not work group. But i need to figure out how the region thingies work.
If you want my advice: Avoid any headaches and after the giveaway is deleted, just give away the key via forums. The small amount of CV is not worth anymore headaches :)

yeah i totally agree. but i thought maybe you have someone in your friends list that has it on the wishlist, and wants to "try the key" :)
